I’ve lived and worked as a journalist and senior magazine editor across London, Los Angeles, Sydney, and Dubai for the past twenty years. 

I specialize in lifestyle journalism and cover health and wellness, travel, the arts, celebrity and more, for publications including Marie Claire and The Hollywood Reporter.

On a completely different tangent, I am currently the Editor and Associate Publisher of INNOVATE Los Angeles, a 300+ page book and online platform that showcases the key contributors to L.A.'s incredible innovation ecosystem.

I also have a case study business, Levitate Copy, for which I create case studies written as story-driven customer experiences to help service-based businesses attract new business. 

In addition, I have my own health and wellness website (my passion project) Taking the Mystery out of 50, which demystifies the physical and emotional challenges women face in midlife.
